1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items that are incorrect, damaged, or of unacceptable quality.
  • Perishable items, including groceries or prepared foods, are eligible for refunds only if they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, such as not being fresh or consumable.
  • To qualify for a refund, please report any issues within 2 hours of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • To start a refund request, contact our customer service team through the app, via email at info@vegam.in, within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Upon receiving your request, we will process the return within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items delivered correctly and in good condition are not eligible for a refund.
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason will not qualify for a refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled via the app within 5 minutes of placing them, free of charge. After this period, cancellations may no longer be possible if the order is already being processed.
